Lew holds a BA in Business Economics and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and did post graduates studies in Organization Development in Pepperdine University’s MBA program, and “Increasing Sales Force Productivity” at UNC – Chapel Hill. He is a former SMEI Board Member, and was founding President of Sales and Marketing Executives Bay Area. He is a healthcare expert and has presented for HFMA, HIMSS, ILHIMA and MiHIMA, and has been published in HFM, Business Week Online, Marketing Times, the East Bay Business times, and Venture publications.
